In our own lives, it’s easy to fall into periods where we may not feel very attractive, or very valuable, or even very good about ourselves. Yet it is during these times that a true Renaissance Man needs to allow himself to love the most-important person in his life—himself. So, no matter how bad you’re feeling, probably all you need is a little love—so give it to yourself. You, and the world, will be much better off because of it.
